These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.kcandco.org and everything we offer through it (the "Site"). If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use the Site. By using it, you confirm you're at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent or guardian).

The Site is operated by KC & Co. ("KC & Co.", "we", "us", "our"), a behavioral-science education and coaching business operated by Kirsty Coler.

  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the Site's operation
  • Use the Site to harass others or violate any law
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, frameworks, course materials, downloads, branding, and the names The Influence Algorithm™ and The Human Edge™ — is owned by KC & Co. or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use it for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written consent.

5. Purchases & digital products

When you buy a digital product (such as a kit or guide), we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own purposes. You may not share, resell, or redistribute it. Prices and offers may change, and the price shown on this Site at the time of purchase is the one that applies. Please see our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

6. Coaching & services

Coaching and strategy sessions are educational and advisory in nature. They're booked and scheduled through our booking system and subject to the cancellation terms noted there and in our Refund Policy. Coaching is a collaboration: results depend on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

7. Third-party courses & links

Some courses we feature are created in collaboration with partners and hosted on third-party platforms (for example, Thinkific). Those purchases and the experience on those platforms are governed by the partner's and platform's own terms and policies. We're not responsible for third-party websites or services we link to.

8. Educational purpose & no professional advice

Our content, products, and services are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not therapy, medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice, and using them does not create a professional, clinical, or fiduciary relationship. 9. No guarantee of results

We share strategies that have worked for us and others, but every person and business is different. We make no guarantee of any specific income, growth, or outcome. Your results depend on factors within your own control.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KC & Co. and Kirsty Coler will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site, products, or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant product or service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there.
