Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about what you buy from KC & Co. Here's how refunds and cancellations work across our different offers.
Digital products (kits, guides & downloads)
Because digital products are delivered instantly and can't be returned once accessed, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable. We make a point of describing each product clearly so you know exactly what you're getting before you buy.
That said, we stand behind our work. If you run into a technical problem — a broken download, a file you can't open, or you were charged incorrectly — email us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Coaching & strategy sessions
Booked sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice for a full credit or refund of any prepaid amount. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions ("no-shows"), are non-refundable, as the time was reserved for you. Multi-session coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place, though remaining sessions can usually be rescheduled within a reasonable period.
Collaboration courses (hosted on partner platforms)
Courses created in collaboration with partners (such as PennPoint Consulting) are sold and hosted on third-party platforms like Thinkific. Refunds for those courses are handled under that platform's and partner's refund terms, not ours. Please review their policy at checkout, and reach out to them directly for course-related refund requests.

For anything refund- or billing-related, email us at support@kcandco.org with your order details and we'll respond promptly. We're reasonable people — if something genuinely went wrong, we want to fix it.
