- Billing details and payment information (processed securely by our payment providers — we do not store your full card details)
- Booking details when you schedule a session

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. Some courses we promote are hosted on third-party platforms (for example, Thinkific) that have their own privacy policies; when you enroll there, their policy governs.
Email marketing
If you join our list, we'll email you content and offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Unsubscribing won't affect transactional messages tied to a purchase or booking.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to meet legal and accounting requirements, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) have specific rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
