My Background
Psychology first. Everything else is application.
I'm Kirsty — KC — founder of KC & Co. I have a degree in psychology and I've never stopped studying it since. Understanding what drives human behavior is the throughline of everything I do.
For 6+ years I worked closely with trauma survivors — work that taught me how people actually change, and how they don't. For the last 4+ years I've been leading, coaching, and teaching: working with leaders, teams, and individuals to build plans of action that fit them, instead of forcing them into a system that was never going to stick.
Along the way I built brands of my own from zero — learning marketing, SEO, the algorithms, and the sociology and psychology underneath why any of it works. Not from a course. From doing it, getting it wrong, and figuring out the order things actually need to happen in. That's the difference you feel in everything here: it's been lived, not just looked up.
