My work is understanding why people do what they do. Dr. Pennington's is decades of leadership development and executive coaching. Together we built courses that blend both — so you're not just learning a concept, you're walking away with a plan you can put into practice the same week. Each course includes one-on-one coaching to make sure it sticks.

For the goal you keep falling short on or keep avoiding. Get one meaningful goal done right, learn what was actually blocking you, and use that momentum to make the next one take less effort.
