Kirsty is a behavioral strategist and the founder of KC & Co. | The Behavioral Science Network. With a formal background in psychology from North Carolina State University, her work focuses on turning behavioral science into practical tools for communication, leadership, relationships, and personal growth.

Kirsty’s professional experience began in high-stakes communication, where she worked closely with trauma survivors and developed deep expertise in clarity, emotional intelligence, and human behavior. She had the honor of expanding into curriculum development and organizational communication, contributing to leadership and behavioral-skills training courses with mentorship from Dr. Gregory Pennington, a nationally recognized psychologist and executive coach.

She also serves as an Assistant Accountability Coach with Author Achievement, supporting authors as they build confidence and maintain momentum. Additionally, Kirsty was selected as a featured speaker for Influential Women, where she led a session on emotional intelligence and communication for emerging leaders and professionals.

Across every role, project, and client, Kirsty’s work centers on a core philosophy:

When you understand people, you can guide decisions and elevate every interaction.

KC & Co exists to bring that philosophy to individuals and organizations through practical, grounded behavioral insight rooted in real psychological principles.

Carolline is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, strength & conditioning specialist, and corrective exercise coach who brings a holistic, inside-out approach to human performance and personal development. Her philosophy is built on the belief that resilience is created, not found, and that strengthening the mind, body, and emotional core is the foundation for lasting change.

Her work is shaped by years spent navigating loss, major life transitions, and the kind of growth that forces you to meet yourself honestly. Those experiences didn’t harden her—they refined her. Today, she uses that perspective to help others understand their patterns, build discipline, and step into a more capable, confident version of themselves. With a unique blend of fitness expertise, mindset training, emotional intelligence, and high-performance communication skills, Carolline coaches the whole person, not just the plan in front of them.
